Booking Conditions

✅Guests must bring their own linens, pillows, blankets and towels

✅Park Registration fee of 17$ per guest 6 and over and is not included in rental price

✅City of Port Colbourne MAT tax is added to the cottage portion of the rental fee

✅300$ Security Deposit is due at the time of booking

✅Deposit is required in order to reserve your requested date

✅Deposit is non refundable unless otherwise negotiated

✅Payment in full as stated on the contract is due no less than 14 days before arrival

✅Guests will be registered with the park once the entire rental fee is paid
