Trillium 31 comes with a full sized fridge, electric stove, toaster, Keurig machine and dinette. Cupboards are stocked with dinnerware, cookware, all utensils, cutting board and BBQ tools so you can enjoy some much needed chow after a day at the beach!
The Sun Room has a massive 150" U shaped double lounger that features a pop up bed and mattress topper that is hidden under the lounger in the storage space. Kids love this thing! You can cram a whole family on it which is great for watching the smart TV that can connect to any of your favourite accounts such as Netfix, Disney, Apple or Prime (own account info needed). The room has its own AC above the TV, and local heat below on the electric fire place.
Catch some Z's after a long day at the beach on a comfy Queen bed, room is equipped with some shelves at the foot of the bed
Kids Bunks are provided for those little ones to catch a nap or snooze through the night
Large Queen Pullout Sofabed Lounger with upgraded mattress to lounge around on during the day and transform into a bed that can sleep up to 3 comfortably! 2 in the bed and if needed one on the lounger!

The Large back deck is furnished with a 6 person dining set for outdoor meals, card games or just chilling with the fam! A barbecue and propane are provided ready for those delicious burgers sitting in your cooler! 2 gravity chairs are provided for those wanting to catch some sun and work on those golden tans. Quiet and private backing right onto a dune here in the park!
The Front deck is there for a private 2 person conversation, morning coffee or just to take in the fresh morning air
Newly upgraded in 2026 to Lithium battery packs and battery display so you never have to worry about guessing if your cart is going to run out of power! All day power is big deal for cruising around the park! One Golf Cart is included with your stay. A second is available for an additional fee. Please read carefully and respect the Golf Cart usage policy posted in the Sun room. Drivers must be over 25. Please obey all local laws and keep the roads safe for everyone!
